About Us

Terence E. McEnally, III

Terence E. McEnally, III grew up in Greenville, North Carolina where he graduated from East Carolina University in 1989, with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. He received his Law degree from the New England School of Law in Boston Massachusetts in 1994 and was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in Tort law. He was also instrumental in overturning a Massachusetts conviction involving an unconstitutional stalking law.

During the early years of his practice, Terence E. McEnally noticed that there were relatively few attorneys who dedicated their careers to the representation of the growing Latino community. Fascinated by the idea of helping the Hispanic community he set himself on a mission to learn the Spanish language and put his skills to work for this rising community. Starting from a small booth at the Fuquay Varina Flea Market (“La Pulga”), the firm has grown to represent clients in North, Central and South America in such countries as Peru, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Columbia, Puerto Rico, Ecuador and Costa Rica, just to name a few.
